When we say affordable homes we mean rental housing that is provided at council rent levels, are economical to run are eco-friendly and are supported by the local community.

NHCLT enables community ownership of land and buildings to provide locally affordable homes and assets in perpetuity, inviting local government partners to propose land or funding.
